7. Guarantor deed notes

Important: the supplied guarantor agreement was drafted around a fixed-term tenancy followed by a statutory periodic tenancy. New assured tenancies in England are now periodic from the outset, so V4 adapts the duration and rent-increase wording to match the current assured periodic structure. The explanatory Shelter drafting note from the sample is not included in the generated deed.

The deed keeps the core guarantee, indemnity, liability limits, notice, severance, governing law and execution wording from your supplied agreement. Before live use, have the adapted V4 guarantor deed approved by your solicitor or compliance adviser.
